Services Summit Coach + Consult offers personalized coaching and consulting services designed to help individuals and organizations achieve their leadership, personal, and professional goals. Our services include one-on-one coaching, talent assessments, strategy development, and workshops. 

Consultation Scheduling and Fees To book a consultation or coaching session, you must schedule a session through our website or directly with our team. All sessions are subject to availability. Payments for services are required in advance, and fees are outlined on the website or during the consultation booking process. Prices are subject to change. 

Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but exceptions may apply in certain circumstances. 

Intellectual Property All content provided on the Summit Coach + Consult website, including text, graphics, logos, and services, is owned by or licensed to Summit Coach + Consult. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without explicit permission. 

Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or with your explicit consent. 

Limitation of Liability While we strive to provide valuable and effective coaching and consulting, we cannot guarantee specific results. Summit Coach + Consult is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nebraska. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
